KTLC 2022 hybrid tickets

29 September – 1 October 2022 at Novotel Airport Warsaw and online, at the same time!

It is ticketed separately, so that KTLC non-attendees can join too! In fact, we have two: a Gala Dinner on 30 September, and a LocDrinks-type event on 1 October. Join us for both!

The conference lasts three days: day 1 and 2 are English-language days, day 3 is Polish-language day and English-language workshop day (combined with LocLunch and Locdrinks – the latter ticketed separately). You can buy a ticket to the whole conference or just to one day.

Yes. If you have any dietary requirements, please notify us when registering for the conference – there will be a special field in the form.

According to our terms and conditions:

In case of resignation within 60 days before the Conference, 90% of the amount paid will be
refunded.
In case of resignation within 30 days before the Conference, 50% of the amount paid will be
refunded,
In case of resignation within 14 days before the Conference, 20% of the amount paid will be
refunded.
The amounts already include an administrative cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid. If
you resign at a later date, you will not be entitled to any refund. Reimbursement is not possible
if the Attendee has not participated in the conference.

We’re currently planning for 29 and 30 September to be English-language days and 1 October a Polish-language talks and English-language workshop day, combined with LocLunch (free for conference attendees) and LocDrinks (ticketed separately).

Yes – our partner organizations have discount codes for their members and ambassadors have some for their followers. Reach out to them and ask for the code! Remember the codes only work with Regular tickets (not Early Bird).
