Since the first conference in 2012, TLC has attracted over 1,000 attendees from all over the world.

Constantly evolving and bringing in fresh ideas, such as live-sketching, fail-up sessions, world cafe, unconferences and round-table debates, we have always been striving to create a real community.

Every single year I have made friends dear to my heart, met people who I keep thinking of with a smile on my face, on top of which I always learn something. I look forward to the next edition of TLC. It is a great conference where people have every opportunity to network in the comfortable lobby in the late evenings… A great event, as expected! TLC (Translation and Localization Conference) is truly a TLC (Tender Loving Care) event! Thank you and everyone who made it such a pleasant experience!

It was my first time at TLC, and I have to say I was very pleased with the way it went. I met a lot of new and interesting people, the speakers were nice, and the organization was, as far as I’m concerned spot on. Cheers, and keep translating/interpreting!

While having quiet time in the hotel lobby waiting for the last people to arrive and seeing so many leave I thought I’d write my thanks as well… Thank you so much for these fantastic few days, thanks for having me and thanks for the wonderful venue, interesting talks, some touching stories and just everything! It was lovely meeting so many great people and I see you all in a bit!

It was not only my first time at TLC, but my first time at a Conference. It was an amazing experience. I learned so much and met so many amazing people from all over the world. The event was very well organized, the workshops and sessions were on time and the staff had a brilliant sense of humor. This was one of the many reasons I decided to become a freelancer, to be able to attend events such as TLC, with inspiring people that motivate us to get to the next level. To learn, to grow, to travel, to keep improving and be the best translator I can be. Thank you for being a part of my journey!

Thank you guys for this great event! It has one huge disadvantage though - it's over and we'll have to wait a year for the next one;) nice people, lots of interesting topics and lively discussions. There's a little something for everyone and I most definitely found a little something for myself.
