It is a continuation of an appreciated workshop conducted during the KTLC2021 online conference. If you didn’t attend, don’t worry – we’ll share the recording with you for free!
Description: The pandemic in 2020 pushed the digital transformation causing changes in the intensity and pace of work, isolation and lack of information. All of these can take a toll on our mental health. We are still thinking that mental health is something we are not supposed to talk about aloud. It is not at all true. This very practical and participant-led discussion will focus on several realms of mental health and self-care from preventing burnout to dealing with stress and depression. The presenters will provide several tools and techniques for coping and improving your emotional well-being.
